experienced and strategic Senior Director of Pre-Sales & Solution
Engineering to join our dynamic team at SymphonyAI Industrial. In
this role, you will lead our pre-sales and solution engineering
efforts, working closely with our sales teams, product development,
and customer success teams to drive business growth and deliver

DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and
leadership to the pre-sales and solution engineering teams,
aligning their efforts with the company's goals and
objectives.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand
customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver
compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective
clients.
- Solution Engineering: Lead a team of solution engineers to
design innovative and scalable solutions that address customer
challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in SymphonyAI
Industrial's products, AI technologies, and industry trends to
effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our
offerings in the market.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key
customers, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring successful
implementation and adoption of our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product
management, engineering, and customer success teams to provide
input on product roadmap, gather customer feedback, and drive
continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team,
fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous
learning.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business,
or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in pre-sales, solution
engineering, or technical sales roles, preferably in the industrial
technology sector.
- Deep expertise in AI and industrial automation solutions.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a track
record of driving results and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a
customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business value
through technology.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with
