immediate opportunity for an early to mid-career level Program
Planner to join our mission. This position will support the
multiple corporate funded IRADs and customer Funded CRAD's
throughout Lockheed Martin Space and the Advanced Technology Center
(ATC) from a schedule and/or an integrated cost and schedule
perspective. This specific role will ideally be filled at the ATC
location in Palo Alto, and be a Lead type role, but could
potentially be executed from another LM site. Primary duties will
include developing Microsoft Project IMS and supplemental schedules
and working with Finance to create an integrated cost and schedule
plan for the IRADs, CRADs and ATC Programs and projects. Summary of
Key Duties: In this role you will---.--- Be responsible for
overseeing the status of projects and budgets--- Manage schedules
and preparing status reports --- Monitor the assessment of project
issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality,
and client-satisfaction goals--- Close out month end with EVM
status and reporting (as applicable)--- Interface with the
Principal Investigator, technical team and CAM's throughout the
life cycle of the effort, along with their planning counterparts in
manufacturing and supply chain --- Utilize SRA's to provide
schedule risk assessment and create summary level schedules for
each customerOur employees working in this level of position

Space!Basic Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree from an accredited
college in a related discipline or 5-6 years of relevant or related
work experience in planning, scheduling, or manufacturing without a
degree; in lieu of a degree, candidates who have 13-14 years of
relevant experience will also be considered--- Must be able to
create detailed schedules using Microsoft Project (prior experience
using another scheduling tool like Primavera or Open Plan is
okay--- Experience coding and running schedule risk analysis
(SRA's) --- Prior experience in implementing Earned Value on a
Program; familiarity with Earned Value Metrics and health
indicators--- Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology and Agile tool
usage--- Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a
Secret government security clearanceDesired Skills:--- 6+ years of
relevant work experience in planning, scheduling, or
manufacturing--- Current experience using Microsoft Project Server
at LM Space --- Familiarity with PPMD-01 and 02 Program
requirements and Command Media --- Current experience with Project
and Cobra integration a plus--- Experience with the Demand
Management Process--- Experience with creating summary level PSMS
using One Pager Pro (or equivalent)--- Ability to manage multiple
projects, prioritize accordingly and meet deadlines--- Ability to
create reporting products and presentations, interpret data and
present status--- Strong relationship builder with customer and
team members with the ability to diplomatically work through
problems--- Ability to work autonomously with some oversite and

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that
provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range
from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may
be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
