We invite you to be part of this mission.The Director, Enrollment reports to the Assistant Dean, MBA Admissions and Financial Aid. The Director will develop the enrollment strategy and manage all enrollment programs to ensure every admitted student can make a well-informed enrollment decision. The Director will collaborate closely with the Enrollment team, faculty, staff, current students and alumni to guide admitted students as they learn about the Stanford MBA program, develop relationships with the GSB community, and transition into the MBA program. The Director will work with the Enrollment team to design and execute high profile events like Admit Weekend on campus and receptions for admitted students around the world.The director will analyze and track our enrollment efforts to identify opportunities for enhancement. Finally, as a member of the Admissions Committee, the Director will evaluate applications (after completing training), interview candidates, and lead recruiting events on campus, online and across the globe.Are you a high achieving professional who has an interest in developing effective partnerships and a deep curiosity about how to assess human potential?     • Develop and lead a robust enrollment process to educate hundreds of admitted students about the Stanford MBA program and GSB community.
    • Lead strategic review of qualitative and quantitative enrollment results and improve efforts to increase enrollment outcomes.
    • Oversee and manage staff in the development and implementation of enrollment programs and the MBA Admissions Ambassador program.
    • Manage enrollment budget strategically investing resources to maximize enrollment outcomes.
    • Manage joining and dual degree workflow, including reviewing and processing deferrals.
    • Oversee communication to admitted students to prepare them for their arrival working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful transition.
    • As a member of the Admissions Committee, evaluate applications and interview applicants.
    • Lead outreach sessions on campus, online and across the globe.
    • Represent MBA Admissions to both internal and external constituents including: Financial Aid, MBA Program, Stanford Housing, Bechtel International Center, and Joint Degree programs. Resolve concerns and challenges collaboratively.
    • Partner with technical and department staff to develop technology infrastructure, which delivers enhanced student and staff experience, operational efficiency, and analytics. To be successful in this position, you will bring:
      • Bachelor's degree and at least eight years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
      • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate constituencies which could span multiple organizational boundaries,
      • Demonstrated excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions using good business judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage financial, organizational and staff resources.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships.
      • Ability to work evenings or weekends occasionally. Preferred qualifications:
        • Advanced degree; MBA preferred.
        • Functional experience in recruitment, talent assessment, training, or admissions desirable.
        • Industry experience in admissions, human resources, or higher education is beneficial.
        • Demonstrated evidence of managing complex projects to completion with performance risk.
        • Experience with Slate is a plus.The expected pay range for this position is $119,000 to $175,000 per year.Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.At Stanford University, base pay represents only one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package.
