This is a highly visible role that requires a high EQ individual to work with Uniphore's CRO, CMO and CFO. The ideal candidate should have a background in professional services (investment banking, consulting, public accounting) as well as corporate finance experience.Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sales and marketing KPIs and reporting for Uniphore's ELT
• Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and continuously refine the GTM model for forecasting
• Lead Uniphore Quarterly and Monthly Management reporting and forecasting
• Own the forecast and budget rollup process in NSPB
• Partner with accounting for the monthly variance analysis
• Own quarterly board deck presentation and integrationQualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional services and 6+ years of experience in FP&A
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, Magic Number, LTV:CAC and NRR
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing KPIs such as marketing funnel conversion, win/loss ratio, cost per lead, pipeline coverage and quota attainment
  • Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experienced with NetSuite and Salesforce or similar ERP and CRM
  • Superuser or admin for NSPB or similar tool such as Essbase/Hyperion, Adaptive or Planful
