Pay Range: up to 90/hour W2 or Inc, Negotiable if rate is above this ratePrimary Duties & Responsibilities:Act as a domain expert in Workday Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, Financial Core, Advanced Reporting, and Financial Integration areasDevelop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics frameworkWorking across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test and support Prism Analytics solutionsGather business requirements, analyze, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, manage configurations in Workday, test and support the rollout of the solutionPrepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirementsWork closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gapsDrive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects & system enhancementsParticipate in the change management and go live support processesDevelop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gatheredWho We Are Looking ForSelf-motivated, articulate, passionate to deliver the best result and achieve the highest customer satisfactionLove satisfying customers with a state of art cloud solutions, realizing ideas, building services, and unlocking the potential of new technologyCollaborative, independent, insistent, flexible, and open minded. You always keep the customer's objectives in mindPositive by nature, a great team player, and both dependable and autonomousCustomer oriented and could work at a very fast paceQualifications3+ Years experience in Financial Management with a background in financial analytics, people analytics or related fieldStrong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize and analyze reporting requirements and visualize the requirements using Workday Prism Analytics platform or similar analytics platform is requiredDemonstrate technical specialization in implementing Workday Prism Analytics solutions with deep experience with data transformations, data governance and integrating with external 3rd party data e.g. Legacy ApplicationsExhibit significant Financials (FINS) reporting/analytics experience in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday spaceExperience delivering large scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagementsProficient in all phases of the Application Development LifecycleFast Learner and work collaboratively in a fast-pace cross-functional teamA customer-focused approach to work, and the ability support in the development of digital platform strategiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changeStrong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customersAbility to work effectively with others who are in remote locations and varying time zonesExperience in integration with 3rd party platformsA bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
