We are looking for the right Office Assistant to join our growing law firm and our A+ team.The Office Assistant will assist with administrative tasks to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. This is a critical and central position in the office.Responsibilities:- Assist with ordering supplies and other items as needed- Assist with resolving technical issues and following up with IT to ensure issues are resolved- Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and similar tasks- Use case management system to input client data- Sort and disseminate office mail- Other tasks as neededSkills: Strong communication Skills Exceptional organizational Skills Adaptability & Multitasking Skills IT skills Comfortable working with computer software and online applicationsA little bit about us:We want our employees to thrive professionally and personally.
