Immediate need for Executive Assistant seeking well-known company, a position with variety of duties and reports directly to head of department. A minimum of 5+ years of high-level executive support or an Associates Degree, superb organizational skills and excellent communication skills will be keys to success in this well-known, stable organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for complex administrative support and project coordination for the department head, managers, and or staff members to, manage multiple calendars and schedules and organize staff meetings, create agenda. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for travel arrangements for the department head and or staff members, coordinating project proposals and recommends updates to department documents. Organize staff meetings, create agenda, acquire speakers/presenters, ensure distribution of meeting documents, take and transcribe meeting minutes and track action items is something that this Executive Assistant should have done in the past for this Healthcare Services company.
