The Administrative/Projects Assistant will be dedicated to the critical administrative needs for various departments. This position provides varied, complex and confidential support and will include, but not be limited to, clerical credentialing tasks, administrative support for projects, filing, mailings, managing provider documents and data in an organized manner, stocking/organizing department supplies and be the sole administrative support for the credentialing staff. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment and discretion at all times and will have experience with large corporations. This candidate must also be a proven self-starter capable of interacting with a diverse ecosystem of staff, industry representatives, and all other entity connections.
