Incredible position available in dynamic organization. Construction company has urgent need for an Administrative Assistant and offers excellent benefit package, dynamic team and variety of duties. Responsibilities will include supporting executive team and project managers, managing calendar, liaison between client, vendors and internal staff and accounting support to include budget review, credit/collections, expenses and billing. Strong accounting skills and ability to manage multiple time lines and priorities, minimum 3-5 years experience as a Construction Admin or Project Coordinator a real plus. Great benefits.
