We have an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant who demonstrates strong computer skills in Word and Excel, excellent communication and ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent follow-through. Will be responsible for managing front desk, greet clients, and administrative support to Office Manager and staff. Handle upkeep of all equipment and leases, prepare conference room, order supplies, coordinate with off site facilities.
