The Job: Do you have a creative eye with a strong attention to detail? If so, come join our fun and exciting Marketing Team! As the Marketing Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the Marketing Department, including tracking, routing, production and distribution of multiple marketing projects and working with vendors on fulfillment. You will also provide administrative and logistical support for multiple team members within a busy Marketing Department. This includes handling production of signs, print and promotional materials; purchasing materials and processing invoices; implementing administrative systems and taking on other tasks as assigned.

    The Core Duties:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Team and coordinate among internal stakeholders, marketing resources and vendors on the timely execution of multiple projects
    • Coordinate project timelines, calendar management, assets and production schedules with various internal stakeholders
    • Research and identify vendors (e.g., printers, sign vendors, promotional product providers, advertising outlets, etc.) who can provide best-in-class capabilities and creative, cost-effective options to meet client needs
    • Coordinate print and promotional production and advertising placements, including cost estimates, scheduling, project management, vendor management, pre-press, printing/personalization and mailing services
    • Produce in-house marketing collateral, including printing, mounting and lamination of signs and posters, etc.

      The Essentials:
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Superb organization and detail orientation
      • 2-3 years of administrative or production experience
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Smartsheet or other workflow management systems
      • Well-honed project management skills, with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, solve problems creatively, check and proofread content, and meet deadlines
      • Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks and remain calm and composed under pressure. Be able to adapt to situations and find new solutions.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate information clearly in English, written & oral
      • Exceptional customer service skills
      • Valid and appropriate Driver License
      • Ability and desire to work independently, collaboratively with colleagues, and in support of the community
      • Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
      • Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment

        Bonus Skills:
        • Editing and writing skills
        • Experience with print production, environmental signage, promotional products, ad placement and/or event planning
        • Experience working with layout and design software such as Adobe Illustrator
        • Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing software
