What Youll Do:

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for executing, measuring and optimizing programs that drive revenue growth in existing customer accounts. Were looking for an experienced professional to help build a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities for the sales and customer success teams.

Youll build stronger relationships with customers through engaging customer campaigns. Youll need to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute on a marketing strategy aligned with Birdeyes strategic priorities, pipeline goals and other marketing KPIs.

Reports To: Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product marketing partners to identify and deliver impactful customer advocates and stories
  • Manage reference programs for sales. Customer references for sales (by different industry and segment). Work with sales to ensure they have the references, quotes, data they need from our current customers to sell more customers. Continually help recruit new customer advocates
  • Engage in consistent conversations with sales, support, and our customers always looking for impactful customer stories and advocates
  • Support the company's Customer Advisory board and other customer events
  • Responsible for monthly customer newsletters, coordinating with product marketing and demand gen leaders for promotions and features
  • Manage calendar of and requests for cross-sell promotions, considering timing and frequency to the customer base, working with the customer support team on customer emails
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to support new release efforts and communications to customers
  • Work closely with customer support on our incoming customer messages using Birdeye Inbox- route or escalate as appropriate
  • Help scale a world class customer marketing program

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years experience working with business owners or in a customer-facing or marketing role
    • 2+ years previous experience executing a customer marketing strategy or related duties
    • 1-2 years of experience writing case studies, blog articles, and other customer-facing collateral
    • Strong writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills
    • 'Can-do' approach to a wide and rapidly changing workload
    • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
    • The ability to analyze data and surface actionable insights
