The PositionMoomoo is a commission-free, professional grade investing app that helps its clients to make more informed decisions with real time data, AI technology and social insights. Moomoo's parent company - Futu - is on a mission to make investing easier and not alone.To further this mission in the US market, we're looking for a Branding & Integrated Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. This person will own the brand strategy, narrative and activation to increase the awareness and long-term equity of the moomoo brand, while driving short- term business impact with effective user acquisition programs.What you do--- -Develop a deep understanding of our consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across Moomoo's audiences, products and verticals, and across the customer journey--- -Lead, develop and evolve global brand and design strategy and associated artifacts (e.g., toolkits, briefs and messaging frameworks) to anchor our brand in the mind and market, and inform brand activation throughout the customer journey across branded touchpoints (e.g., in-app or on social media &/or marketing web) that move both heads and hearts--- -Ensure brand and campaign messaging is translated across different dimensions, naming, design, creative, media and experience--- -Work with research and insights teams on programs to identify and measure long and medium-term brand equity for Moomoo--- -Partner with external agencies to define communication plans, briefs, message strategy, and frameworks and guide differentiated storytelling--- -Present to Marketing leadership, Product leadership and cross-functional teams the insights and findings about the market, the messaging & campaign outcome--- -Create and identify brand strategies that not only drive interest and capture new customers, but sustain existing long-term brand equity and relationships--- -Analyze, monitor and report on the competitive landscape to determine where our brand and products fit over time, where to target consumers and how to have the greatest impact for our brand and business--- -Lead complex cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs at scale, including internal stakeholders, partners and vendors--- -Manage a highly functioning marketing team by setting goals, providing coaching and feedback to help the team succeedWhat you offer--- -8+ years experience developing and driving insight-fueled marketing brand strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand--- -Experience composing inspiring and innovative campaign, creative and design briefs--- -A portfolio of work (please include on your resume when applying) that showcases your storytelling experience and campaign or program results--- -Experience with both strategic planning and creative development, and diving into research and insights, as well as thinking quickly and testing new ideas--- -Experience working in highly-cross functional and complex organizations, collaborating with creative, research, measurement and marketing channels counterparts, where influence as well as direct responsibility matter in equal measure.--- -Experience simplifying complex information into consumer narratives, with storytelling prowess--- -Expertise in interpreting and deciphering quantitative and qualitative data and distilling the insights to unlock creative marketing platforms and programs--- -Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology and hardware--- -Experience as a brand strategist or planner at a brand-side company, agency or research company--- -Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of marketing campaignsWho you are--- -Bachelor's degree--- -Master's degree is a plus--- -Quick learner--- -Comfortable with ambiguity--- -Calm under pressure--- -Experience leading cross-functional projects with successes--- -Good at building rapport with internal and external stakeholders--- -Result-driven, proactive problem-solverWhat we doAbout Moomoo appMoomoo app is a commission-free professional grade investment platform that integrates investment transactions, up-to-date news, real-time market data and a vibrant trading community of 18-million traders.
