Seeking Associate or Full Professor in theDivision of
Laryngology, Stanford University School of MedicineDepartment of
Otolaryngology-Head and Neck SurgeryThe Division of Laryngology in
the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Stanford
University seeks a board-certified or board-eligible
otolaryngologist with an MD, or equivalent, to join the Division of
Laryngology as Associate Professor or Professor in either the
University Medical Line or the Clinician Educator Line , and
possibly be the Division Chief.--- The major criteria for
appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line shall be
excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching,
scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and
institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the
individual is expected to fulfill.--- The major criterion for
appointment as Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix
of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship
appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to
fulfill.Academic rank and line will be determined by the
qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.The
successful applicant should be board-eligible or board-certified in
Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, as well as fellowship trained
in Laryngology. We expect the successful candidate to develop an
active clinical practice in laryngology, be an active teacher of
medical students and residents, and to develop a robust research

expected base pay range for this position is:Associate Professor:
$327,000 - $339,000Professor: $358,000 - $364,000This pay range
reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in
rank. It does not include all components of the School of
Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation
in departmental incentive compensation programs. For more
