We are hiring a Frontend-Focused Fullstack Engineer. This is a remote position where you can be located anywhere in North and South America. As an Engineer at Idiomatic, you will be responsible for a wide spectrum of systems that span our entire product and internal infrastructure. Every day, beloved companies like Pinterest, Disney, and Slack rely on our systems to make more customer-friendly decisions. As part of our team, you will build new products and features, scale & maintain our systems, shape our product & engineering culture, and advance our machine learning. You will have ownership over your projects and make an impact every day.

Ideal Profile for a Frontend-Focused Fullstack Engineer at Idiomatic:
+ Experience working with a large JavaScript/TypeScript frontend codebase
+ Full-stack web application development experience
+ Has had primary responsibility for a production feature or system
+ Familiar with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
+ Familiar with Git and Github
+ Excited about Idiomatics mission and culture
Our tech stack (experience with specific technologies not required, but you should be willing to learn):
+ Backend: Scala on Play Framework, Python
+ Frontend: Angular + AngularJS, TypeScript
+ ML: Hugging Face Transformers, BERT, Scikit-learn
+ AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, SageMaker, Comprehend, Cloudformation
+ DB: MySQL on Amazon Aurora, ElasticSearch
