DescriptionThe team defines features for "OPPO Style" camera focusing on the best image quality and user experience possible. We will partner with algorithms & tuning as a aesthetics designer and technical bridge to conceptualize, scope, design and test features to ship high-quality "OPPO Style" camera in terms of algorithm adjustment, image fusion, tone mapping, color, sharpening, noise reduction, etc, by applying concepts from photography.Responsibilities:Image cognition/image effect definition: according to the company's image value proposition, combined with public aesthetics, responsible for image target effect definition and effect planning (in line with the changing times and user aesthetic trends), scene library construction and iterative optimization, responsible for the forward-looking effect target direction and scene library accuracy.User experience & product competitiveness: according to the defined target effect, set the mid- to high-end product effect target and break down the measurable acceptance criteria, take care of the project image effect acceptance and make the image effect competitiveEffect engineering capacity building: responsible for image effect evaluation system and standard building, subjective scene objectification building and debugging efficiency optimization, responsible for the accuracy of evaluationTeam capacity building: lead the image cognition capacity building, build a first-class team with both image cognition and technology through external recruitment and internal training.Experience requirements:Technical dimension.

• Familiar with sensor/lens/motor/ISP/3A/AI and other imaging soft and hard computing core related technology principles
• Knowing software coding and understanding the principle of image related evaluation standardCognitive dimension.
  • good art painting foundation and experience in retouching and adjusting, can skillfully use Da Vinci, PS and other tools
  • Familiar with the history of image development and have their own opinions on the future aesthetic trends of the publicOthers.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
