As a security engineer at Telenet Business, you are the technical point of contact for our clients. They turn to you for the day-to-day management of their security infrastructure. What does that entail?

• You are fully responsible for resolving incidents from start to finish (analyzing, researching, testing, documenting, and implementing the final solution).
• You collaborate closely with the international support teams of our vendors (Check Point, Palo Alto, Infoblox, F5, etc.).
• You implement operational changes.
• You provide advice to our clients regarding the management of their security infrastructure.
• You ensure accurate documentation of your actions and interactions with various internal and external parties. You're eager to dive into cybersecurity and possess analytical and problem-solving skills. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Furthermore, you have:
  • Knowledge and interest in network security and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following vendors: Check Point, Palo Alto, F5, Infoblox. Certification is a plus.
