Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to lead the development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven customer engagement platforms. This role bridges cutting-edge frontend technology with powerful AI engines-including LLMs and Generative AI-to deliver seamless, intelligent user experiences. You'll work closely with backend, product, and business teams to turn business goals into elegant frontend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive interfaces for AI-powered products and user engagement workflows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate LLMs and other AI models into seamless frontend experiences.
• Build and optimize interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g. React), ensuring high performance and accessibility.
• Create data visualizations that translate complex AI outputs into intuitive insights.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into frontend features with thoughtful user interaction design.
• Stay current on frontend and AI trends, applying new ideas to improve user interface quality and performance.Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong HTML/CSS skills and knowledge of modern web standards.
  • Deep experience in React and frontend tooling (e.g., npm, Vite); experience with component libraries like MUI or Mantine.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, especially LLMs and Generative AI, and how they're integrated into user-facing products.
  • Familiar with mobile-first design and optimizing for mobile browsers; mobile app development is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
