complex structural alterations. As a Project Manager, you will be
responsible for the following: o Project and Personnel Management,
including maintaining client relationships, project staffing, and
staff training o Design of nonstructural components, including
architectural features and components, metal stud framing,
equipment anchorage, and seismic bracing of equipment and MEP
distribution systems o Structural evaluation and developing

workplace Job Details REQUIRED o A master’s degree in structural
engineering, or 5-year Architectural Engineering degree o 8 to 10
years of experience working in the building structural engineering
field o California PE license required, SE license or licensure in
progress desired o Strong project management skills o Experience
collaborating with contractors and architects. o Excellent
interpersonal, verbal, and written skills o Skilled with seismic
design of building structures in concrete and steel o Skilled in
seismic design of nonstructural components o Solid analytical and
detailing skills o Experience with assessment and retrofit of
existing buildings (ASCE 41 and CEBC) preferred o Skilled with RAM,
ETABS, SAP2000, RISA 3D DESIRED o Familiarity with OPDs and OSPs
for HCAI (OSHPD) projects o Knowledge of 3D modeling programs such
as Revit, AutoCAD 3D o Ability to navigate in Navisworks Interested
