join our team to Bring the Future! Job Purpose Department Equipment
Engineer will be responsible for New Model and MP equipment
quality. Lead Equipment engineering group to drive quality and
efficiency improvements & positively impact business
characteristics. Key Accountabilities Deeply study equipment
inefficiencies and promote characteristic improvements; apply and
optimize and standardize changes and implement accordingly. Ensure
equipment calibration is maintained to build CBU’s in spec. When
concerns arise, contain Ensure the problem, return equipment to in
spec, and report management when necessary. Lead and Support data
gathering, configuration, and analysis in equipment problem
troubleshooting. Present data and explain use in equipment problem
solutions to dept./plant management members. Serve as the AF
technical equipment expert to the DIV/Plant. Lead New Model
projects to ensure project readiness and report as required.
Special project leadership (DST through E3) related to department
equipment improvements to ensure wholistic approach for innovation.
Lead and Support equipment problem analysis and prevention
activities for MP. Contributes to the department business
plan/activity for Quality and Delivery themes Qualifications,
Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s or related Associates degree in
engineering with equivalent relevant experience. Minimum
Experience: 10 or more years of relevant engineering work
experience Other Job-Specific Skills Problem solving Root cause
analysis CATIA Microsoft Office Working Conditions This is an
