Join the Stanly Ranch team as our Engineer I where you will
contribute to the success of the Engineering department by bringing
demonstrated proficiency in at least 4-6 trades that have a direct
impact on the resort and residences. Participate in the preventive
maintenance program of all applicable building equipment in all
areas of the resort and residences. Work closely with the Director
of Engineering (DOE) & Chief Engineer to ensure your daily workflow
is aligned with their assigned prioritization of projects.
Demonstrate ENRICH values in all interactions with team members,
guests and vendors. Troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems
including all H.V.A.C&R, electrical equipment & motors, laundry
equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater, carpentry,
tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs as assigned.
Assist with maintenance of the hotel fire system, water system,
sewage system, and irrigation system. Respond to all guest requests
in a timely manner in accordance with Auberge and Stanly Ranch
standards. Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations
Enforce & follow established safety procedures. Log and communicate
all essential information in Engineering logs The starting range
for this position is $32.00/hour. This is the pay rate for this
position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions
regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors,
such as experience and education. Qualifications Able to work a
flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends Must be
proficient in 4 to 6 trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen
equipment, pool equipment, pumps &motors, controls, lighting &
general maintenance repairs. High school diploma or equivalent,
