147-200k BASE SALARY Job Description: Lead a technical validation
team overseeing ASIC-based embedded systems, driving architecture
reviews, test planning, and systems debugging across critical
product platforms. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Develop and manage
detailed validation test plans Coordinate root cause analysis
across hardware, firmware, and embedded systems Lead a team of
12–15 validation engineers Analyze architecture specs and switch
board behaviors Drive technical meetings and influence
cross-functional stakeholders Track validation progress, maintain
urgency, and escalate issues Travel quarterly to support cross-site
collaboration Requirements: Must-Haves: 3 years managing technical
engineering teams (ideally 10 engineers) Hands-on experience in
validation, firmware, or embedded systems Electrical Engineering
background or equivalent technical expertise Excellent attention to
detail and technical curiosity Proven ability to influence teams
without micromanagement Strong root cause analysis and debugging
capabilities Experience with test plan creation and execution
Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in a high-responsibility
culture Nice-to-Haves: ASIC design or validation experience
Experience integrating custom silicon into hardware systems Prior
experience as a validation IC who grew into management
