Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director. In this role, you will
bring your strategic, organizational and influencing skills to
build and execute projects to deliver on our long-term corporate

inclusive culture through employee awareness, training and
education; designing equitable talent practices and policies; and
increasing diverse representation through practical programs and
strategic partnerships. This role will allow you to use your
subject matter expertise and leadership skills to drive critical
cross-functional initiatives with multiple HR groups ---
Recruiting, Talent Development, HR Field Delivery, Benefits,
Compensation --- as well as functions outside of Human Resources,
including Marketing, Access to Innovation and Corporate Social
Responsibility groups. We are looking for strategic problem
solvers, driven and dedicated doers, and collaborative

high-performance DEI Project teamMain responsibilities:Lead DEI
initiatives, from key projects, curriculum and content development,
and event planning and execution, with project team members,
cross-functional partners and external vendors Provide thought
leadership on DEI subject matter for new critical initiativesAdvise
key partners across the organization to inform, collaborate and
influence outcomes with a DEI frameworkRun budgets, timelines and
resources for DEI projectsSupport ad-hoc HR projects as needed
Qualifications Ten to fifteen years--- experience leading complex
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, with increased
responsibility over time; prior general Human Resources project
experience a plusBachelor---s Degree or equivalent work experience,
preferably in HRAbility to lead cross-functional projects with
multiple partners, as proven by previous experience driving
outcomes, managing resources and mitigating risks Experience
leading events and training programs, from development to delivery,
in collaboration with key partners Strong communication and
presentation skills to inform and influence partners and
decision-makers across multiple levelsAgility and flexibility to
work in ambiguity and uncertaintyAbility to recognize key market
trends and mitigate potential risks through proactive
recommendations and thought leadershipCuriosity to learn, courage
and creativity to challenge status quo, and organizational savvy to
drive strategic resultsKeen attention to detail and strong
organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office 365 --- Word; Excel;
Power Point; experience with Teams, One Note, Planner and
SharePoint a plusAdept with technology and learning new systems
