This is what you'll do: As the Senior Operations Manager,--Rivian--Prime Van Program you will partner with multiple--internal and external--stakeholders to--design--&--execute--all supporting--RPV--operations--and all relevant key performance indicators. You are tasked with--developing and maintaining the--Amazon delivery day--and ownership--experience--and--beyond.-- Day of Delivery Operations and Experience

  • Organize--last mile delivery from--Rivian's--distribution centers--to Amazon--distribution facilities--
  • Coordinate across service and delivery teams to--support--upstream requirements--
  • Communicate quickly and loudly to stakeholders and leadership any disruptions to service--
  • Address all escalations on day of delivery-- Planning, Continuous Improvement, and Excellence
    • Rivian--resource management
    • Drive performance improvement efforts and the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions
    • Monitor fleet pipeline to ensure--sufficient--capacity--& fulfillment--
    • Implement global solutions for--future expansion-- The--processes and tools required to stand up the above should be implemented and matured on a timeframe supporting--rapidly scaling--delivery.-- This is what you'll need:
      • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced and iterative environment--
      • Proven track record of executing--multiple complex projects--simultaneously--from start to finish--
      • Passion for operations and process improvement principles--
      • In depth understanding and track record of excellence in in scaling businesses and operations--
      • 8+ years of experience in operations with an emphasis in supply chain--and B2B--experience--
      • MBA or equivalent experience--
      • Amazon experience advantageous--
