We're now hiring an Internal Communications Director , reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications. In this role, you will lead the effort to inform, engage, and excite Rubrik's global employee population and support the growth and reputation of our brand.   • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and sustain an inclusive and thriving culture.--
  • Partner with the People to educate and engage employees on developments, programs, benefits, events & internal campaigns.--
  • Partner with the executive team & sr. leadership on core initiatives, launches and strategic communications that directly impact global employees.
  • Integrate with and support strategic programs such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and the company's Employee Resource Groups and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).--
  • Build and manage Rubrik's brand by driving content development, production, and distribution, partnering closely with Rubrik's in-house design and technical teams.
  • Envision and prepare for the future of employee communications and navigate through changing times and varied environments. Ideal background:
    • 8-10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a high-growth company
    • Knowledge--of and experience in the B2B technology space
    • A natural communicator with expertise in creating, producing, and distributing in a wide variety of content types across multiple internal channels
    • Experience orchestrating communications across a multi-national, multi-cultural corporate footprint, including familiarity with Europe and Asia-Pacific employee communications
    • Strategic thinker who anticipates and helps mitigate risk
    • Experience with C-suite audiences and senior stakeholders, knows how to partner and help meet communication goals of leaders across business functions--
    • Experience partnering with external communications partners, PR agencies, social media teams, etc. to extend consistent messages to both internal and external audiences
    • Great writer with the ability to adapt voice to different subject-matter-experts--
