The Role Palantir's Alliances & Channel Ecosystem is a strategic pillar of our growth engine. The Alliances team builds and manages Palantir's most strategic partnerships with Global SI's, Hyperscalers and ISV's. Palantir is a strategic partner for Accenture where both organizations are focused on accelerating 'business value' for our clients digital transformation initiatives and faster "Time to Value". We are looking for a dynamic senior leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and will play an integral role in building a team that manages Palantir's strategic relationship with Accenture. Reporting into the Head of Channel GTM, fulfilling this role means you will be managing the global relationship, strategy development and execution, and go-to-market functions for our Accenture relationship. A successful Director, Global Alliances enables cross collaboration between Palantir and Accenture, creates and executes strategic plans and drives market development activities that accelerates Palantir's and Accenture's position within the market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience operating at the senior executive levels and have a solid understanding of Accenture's business model. A high business acumen is a must with the ability to translate how Palantir's software platform can enable Accenture's go-to-market service offerings. Core Responsibilities

  • In this role you will develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including: executive interlocks, pipeline building, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development.
  • Present and promote Palantir's value proposition and capabilities that enable the partner to build a profitable Palantir business group.
  • Build GTM Plans and Co-Sell pipeline working in collaboration with our partners and support that with sales enablement.
  • Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery
  • Develop and execute training plans and capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans What We Value
    • Familiarity with Accenture's ecosystem, Market Units, Industry team structure, leadership structure and sales model.
    • Demonstrated success in building a joint GTM strategy and Co-Sell model in collaboration with Accenture and other Global ISV's
    • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales and/or business development and at least 5 of those years working with one of the big 5 GSI/consulting firms
    • Experience using products in Data Analytics, ERPs and Business Process Flows and applicability across different industry segments will be a huge plus.
    • Demonstrated experience articulating business problems and present point of view, using effective communication and presentation skills.
