The Director, Talent Acquisition will engage with recruiting
partners to identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing
strategies to build a high-performing teams - more than just

The Director, Talent Acquisition will engage with recruiting
partners to identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing
strategies to build a high-performing teams - more than just
filling jobs. The Director, Talent Acquisition plays an essential
role in ensuring that the Talent Acquisition team is set up for
success as it relates to all facets of recruiting and staffing. -
-The Director, Talent Acquisition works relentlessly to positively
impact the credibility, effectiveness/efficiency, and overall
reputation of the Talent Acquisition team while being an ambassador
for the Satellite Healthcare brand at all times.
Essential Functions:
Participate as an accountable and active member of the Human
Resources Leadership Team
Provide leadership and oversight for the Talent Acquisition
function
Identify and create opportunities to work more effectively and
efficiently with key stakeholders
Partner with senior leadership and functional business areas to
develop staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future
needs
Build strong relationships with internal clients through delivering
best in class service results
Partner with other functional areas in HR to support HR initiatives
and vision
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of
the TA team
Recruitment
Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met
while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously
driving for success beyond expectations, and communicating
successes and wins throughout the organization
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive Satellite's hiring
to meet business objectives
Define, design, and implement recruiting programs for a variety of
positions. This includes understanding and mapping the talent
landscape, referrals, and matching those data points with the
external talent supply
Contingent Workforce
Administer contingent workforce program and vendors
Act as main point of contact for temporary staffing needs (in
partnership with TA Manager)
Talent Mobility
Responsible for overseeing Satellite's Talent Mobility Program
(Relocation and Immigration)
Lead the design and strategy for the Talent Mobility Program
(Relocation and Immigration) including program and policy design,
execution, and assessment of program offerings
Manage the relocation vendor to ensure SLA's and customer
satisfaction is being met as well as conduct on-going performance
reviews.
Workforce Planning
Partner with organizational leaders to forecast workforce needs,
manage expenses and identify future needs and changes to the
program
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through
values and customer service standards
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and
internal customers

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Eight (8) years of experience in various HR disciplines
specifically talent management, supervisory, project and program
management, HR business partnership
Healthcare experience preferred
Any combination of education and experience that would likely
provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as
possession of any required licenses or certifications is
qualifying
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Anticipate organizational needs through forecasting and ongoing
business reviews
Ensure new managers are trained with program guidelines
Exhibit sense of urgency with staffing needs
Continuously evaluate vendors' performance
