Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

The Senior Learning & Development Manager will play a key role in driving Guardant Heath's learning & development by working with cross functional partners to design, develop, scale, deliver, and evaluate multimodal learning resources that help employees do their best work. You'll need to be innovative and passionate about developing people, and understand the impact that clear goal setting, career planning, and incorporating learning as part of everyday work have on organizational and employee success. You should have some familiarity with the current tools and trends in learning (especially the complexity of virtual learning), and an appetite to stay informed on the latest learning science as it evolves.

We need a creative thinker and strong executor who can deliver on the demands of an organization that is scaling fast in pursuit of our mission to concur cancer with data. - You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where you have a lot of thought partners to work with to bring the best learning products and solutions to the business. You'll have proven experience designing and delivering effective employee development curriculum at scale and measuring the impact and ROI of those initiatives.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Learning & Engagement and is located at our corporate headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

What You'll Do

Support the execution, development and facilitation of Guardant Health University curriculum and initiatives that enhance and build a culture of learning at Guardant Health.

Design and develop new leader onboarding program to supports all new people leaders in Guardant Heaths managerial processes and leadership expectations.

Drive the ongoing design and development of our leadership development efforts that continuously enhance the knowledge and capability to enable managers to effectively lead the organization toward achievement of strategic initiatives.

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of career development programs to accelerate development and increase engagement.

Establish and produce reporting on meaningful quarterly metrics to track the effectiveness of Guardant Health University curriculum & learning interventions.

Create and deliver a variety of development solutions, including instructor-led courses (face to face and virtual) and e-learning modules, incorporating a blended approach to delivery.

Develop communication and promotional strategies to raise awareness of talent development resources and offerings at Guardant.

Partner with senior business leaders, HRBPs, People team members and the business to understand the needs of the employee population.
