Morgan's comprehensive banking capabilities and global reach, these innovative and commerce-oriented growth initiatives will continue to differentiate us from other banking and FinTech competitors.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Merchant Services Team in US, reporting to the Head of Checkout Solutions. As a Product Owner on the Checkout team, you'll drive the product roadmap for checkout and value added services around checkout. You'll be responsible for owning and driving the checkout features like Tax/Shipping/eCommerce plugins etc on growing and scaling Frictionless Checkout, future products and features we dream up, and partnering closely with engineering to build a platform that can support millions of customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine Product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives that enable payments processing solutions for JPMC merchants.Work closely with the Technology teams to develop and deliver an end to end user experience for our global payments products.Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.Merchant focus: Create merchant adoption strategies by building support for prototypes, pilot projects and developer tools.Agile Development Framework: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and write user stories.Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders - Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and ComplianceData-driven decision-making: market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision makingQualificationsOverall 3-4 -years experience building software products and minimum 2-3 -years of relevant financial services experience.Proven prior experience in checkout, payments and Fin-tech is a big plusHands-on background in API product development, tax/shipping integration & working on ecommerce platforms(big commerce, Adobe Commerce) is a plus.Strong desire to build API solutions, open banking, and technology trends that impact our business.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of merchant/consumer problemsExperience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launchA get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful.
