This is a career-changing opportunity, working with some of the best in the Valley to build a product that changes the way companies get value out of their SaaS products. -The Role:We're seeking a driven Sales Director with start-up energy and a track record of successfully managing commercial - sellers. You will lead an existing team of account executives who proactively engage with target companies to drive new logo acquisitions. As a Director, you possess a strong understanding of the commercial buyer mindset and are adept at selling large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.You are collaborative and work closely with marketing, business development, alliances and company leadership to drive programs centered around new logo acquisition. You are able to build detailed account plans and have a demonstrated ability to use data to identify coaching opportunities for your team of account executives. You will report directly to our CRO. -Responsibilities:

Lead a team of existing Commercial sellers and hire 1-2 new AE's over the course of the next 2 quartersLead business planning and quarterly review processes as well as ongoing pipeline review and forecasting activitiesLeverage relationships with marketing and inside sales to drive pipeline growth, create campaigns, increase product exposure and identify key marketing opportunitiesPartner with the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to develop and manage sales enablement tools to ensure you are equipped to best articulate our value proposition and effectively position the Productiv solutionRequirements:
2+ years management experienceExperience selling new, innovative products with a keen ability to articulate evangelistic solutionsCollaborative team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across teams (Product Management, Inside Sales, Marketing), and structuring approaches to new opportunitiesHas the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on your feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to take initiative and be innovative and resourceful in evolving sales methods to optimize new product successB2B Selling experienceB.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience- MBA a benefit! -If this role sounds like you, even if you do not match 100% of the requirements - please apply!Our Benefits:
