Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid Model)



As a part of our digital banking onboarding platform, you and will be responsible end to end for the platform including strategy, product planning, execution, including ideating the next disruptive product innovation to grinding it out to get your killer feature shipped. You will utilize your full range of product superpowers, getting into the weeds with our in-house design and engineering teams to both launch and drive growth across a range of digital banking and personal finance products. You will join our team of product managers in our Palo Alto office who together are reimagining the future of banking.



Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and industry leading payments products that uniquely serve cross-border customers and differentiate our products from competitors (national and regional banks, emerging direct / challenger banks and FinTech)

Focus on key aspects of our digital payment tools to drive increased usage and customers satisfaction for our customer segments

Responsible for usage growth and understanding activities across payments products for the digital bank

Drive the tactics and delivery timelines for the work

Prioritize and sequence payment product initiatives against a mandate

Work with technology and analytics to analyze data and conduct experiments (i.e. A/B tests) in order to optimize the product and business metrics, including transaction completion and customer experience

Influence cross-functional peers in order to build a strong partnership in delivering excellent products and services

Influence key stakeholders throughout client in order to align resources and prioritization.



Qualifications:

Customer-centricity. Can distill the pain points of the customers and can develop features with a singular focus to solve the customer pain points.

Deep product management expertise (5+ years) in consumer facing products

Industry expertise (consumer banking / consumer finance - payments, deposits, online banking, mobile banking, fintech, etc.; 3+ years) preferred but open to non-financial services if strong track record on requirements #3-5 below.

In current and past roles, owns and drives product strategy, roadmap, UX/UI, feature definition and integration with 3rd parties/partners. Scope includes new product launch, product extensions and ongoing product management to deliver commercial goals.

Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent consumer facing products that were commercially successful; ability to develop differentiated products that uniquely serve target customers

Proven track record of leading and inspiring multi-functional team to deliver products and services - stakeholders across marketing/customer acquisition, UX/UI, IT/delivery, risk/compliance, servicing, operations and multiple 3rd party vendors.

Passion for building disruptive digital products.
