Company DescriptionLVIS Corporation is on a mission to revolutionize the entire continuum of neurological care by enabling AI driven digital analytics to help physicians accelerate patient throughput by transforming signal analysis and visualization. The LVIS software, NeuroMatch -, utilizes brainwave signals from traditional EEG systems to enable AI driven algorithms to perform EEG source localization, spike and seizure event detection. We have an international team with our headquarters located in Palo Alto, California, USA and we have an office in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in transforming the neurology health care industry.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans for drug development projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure project milestones and timelines are met by coordinating activities across internal and external teams, including CROs, consultants, and vendors
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. research, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing) to ensure alignment and communication throughout the drug development lifecycle
• Prepare and review project documentation, including study protocols, study reports, INDs, and BLAs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in drug development Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, preferably a Master's, degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. pharmacology, neuroscience, biochemistry)
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing projects related to drug development
  • Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and all of the related regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
