Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Menlo Park, California. Deliver solutions using C# or Java as core language with a remit to define and build integrated architectures for secure, scalable infrastructure services serving a diverse set of internal and external use cases supporting workforce identity and privilege requirements. Ensure that all platforms are built in accordance with the firm's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and tooling including SVN, Git, or Jenkins, and in accordance with industry-standard design practices such as RESTful web services. Requires: Master's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related software development role OR Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related software development role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with Master's OR five (5) years with Bachelor's with the following: developing in Java or C# programming languages; working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools such as Subversion or Git, and working across all stages of SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and maintenance; integrating with public cloud environments including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services; developing Restful web services for cross-platform integration; developing distributed applications using Java 8 or later; using Intellij for Windows or Linux operating systems and Tomcat or JBoss application containers; designing and developing responsive Single Page Web Applications using ReactJS; and supporting production environments to analyze and provide enhancements and break fixes as required. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this Menlo Park, California, United States-based position is $216,000 - $250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
