Commercial Charging Asset Manager, Charging What to Expect About CommercialCharging OperationsTesla setsthe bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The CommercialCharging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the bestpossible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growthof the global charging network.TheRole -TheCharging Asset Manager works on the North America Commercial ChargingOperations team in headquarters. This dynamic project management role willsupport the charging team's business goals to improve network operation and thecharging experience for our drivers. The Asset Manager will be responsible for intake,evaluation and close-out of site level issues and projects that directly impactcustomer experience and site host relationships. The responsibilities of this position maychange over time and this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt tothe evolving needs of the programs, projects and the organization. What You'll Do

• KPIdriven role based on time, complexity and quality of solutions for volume ofconcerns
• Projectmanage issues, vendors and coordination of site level issues
• Serveas the Charging business partner for site hosts and internal teams
• Actas the first point of escalation with site hosts for questions or concerns
• Developand track costs against budgets for site operations and projects
• Implementprocesses which support the charging team's business goals for the operatingnetwork
• Helpcreate scalable, robust processes which support the charging team's businessgoal
• Keyexecutor of plans for seasonal events throughout the network What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field of study preferred
  • Experiencecoordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
  • Abilityto manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Motivatedby KPI's
  • Superbcommunication skills
  • Abilityto anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
  • Highlyenergetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Previousexperience in a customer facing role
  • Previousexperience working with real estate asset management or development ispreferred but not required
  • Aptitudefor system optimization for scalable solutions

      Expected Compensation
      $68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
      
      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
