Role Summary:
We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, and high energy Demand Generation Director to help lead Globality's ambitious growth goals. You'll have a proven track record that showcases your ability to work collaboratively across the revenue organization to identify, track, and measure high intent target accounts, efficiently drive new customers to the brand, and increase revenue with the appropriate mix of channels, campaigns, and plays. In this pivotal role, you'll help drive marketing efficiency and ROI while flexing between strategic needs and roll-up-your-sleeves hands-on work. This role reports to Globality's VP, Marketing.
This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our Palo Alto HQ.
What you will be doing:


  • Lead the development, execution, and stakeholder buy-in of a comprehensive ABM strategy targeted to financial and procurement executives at Global 2000; with the goal of driving both top of funnel awareness as well as engagement and conversion through the funnel to close
  • Be ruthlessly data-driven in identifying, prioritizing, and engaging target accounts in collaboration with the revenue team to drive impactful campaigns and plays across the funnel to achieve revenue goals
  • Partner with the marketing team on integrated marketing programs across content and channels including email, webinars, events, digital, direct mail etc.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of ABM strategy, initiatives, and programs, ensuring maximum impact and ROI
  • Partner closely with sales and enterprise development teams to ensure alignment and understanding of the ABM strategy, campaigns, and motions to ensure success
  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of the finance and procurement industry and buyer personas through partnership with your revenue peers
  • Manage vendors, marketing technology stack, budgets, and timelines efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective use of resources; continuously look for ways to optimize resources, including exploring new vendors and technologies

    What You Bring:

    • 7+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS leadership experience in ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing to an enterprise segment with long sales cycles and complex buyer groups
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data from marketing technologies to inform account selection, strategies, and higher conversion opportunities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excels at presenting to and getting buy-in from different audiences, e.g., company leadership, enterprise sales team, cross-functional team members, and customers
    • Intellectually curious and ambitious; and excited to challenge the status quo in B2B marketing, experiment with new technologies, and push innovative ideas informed by continuous learning
    • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on delivering ROI
    • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach and Asana

      The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $140,000-$180,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globality's total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act.
