overview of what you will be doing:Director of Enterprise SalesAs a
Director of Enterprise Sales at Burq, your overarching
responsibility will be to lead and oversee our enterprise sales
efforts, driving strategic growth and revenue generation.
Collaborating closely with internal teams and executive leadership,
you will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that
align with our organizational goals. Your expertise in identifying
and qualifying high-value prospects will be vital in expanding our
client base.Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a robust sales cycle strategy,
overseeing every stage from prospect identification to deal
closure, including contract negotiation and contract review
processes.
- Proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business
opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and
partnership development, driving sustainable growth in the
enterprise market segment.
- Deepening understanding of clients' operational workflows, pain
points, and aligning Burq's platform seamlessly with their
processes, providing tailored solutions that maximize value and
drive customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and managing a comprehensive prospect database,
optimizing our CRM system, and designing targeted outreach
campaigns to engage both existing and potential customers, ensuring
a consistent and effective sales pipeline.
- Utilizing data-driven methodologies to analyze and establish
success criteria for strategic initiatives and internal
productivity, driving informed decision-making and optimizing sales
performance.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an
exceptional customer experience, identifying and addressing
bottlenecks, and developing innovative solutions and strategies to
scale our sales operations efficiently in alignment with customer
needs. Who You Are
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise
sales or a similar customer-facing leadership role, preferably
within the relevant industry, such as food tech.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and
implementing sales strategies that have resulted in substantial
revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional ability to understand and analyze complex customer
workflows, pain points, and business requirements, translating them
into effective solutions and value propositions.
- Proven experience in effectively collaborating with
cross-functional teams, including operations, customer success,
product, and technical teams, to drive seamless integration and
exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong strategic mindset and a passion for designing and
executing sales strategies, defining relevant metrics for success
measurement, conducting comprehensive research to identify and
target high-potential companies, and developing impactful
campaigns.
- Thrives in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating a
proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, a willingness
to experiment with new concepts, and an ability to leverage data to
validate and optimize sales strategies.
- Extensive familiarity with CRM platforms, automated outreach
tools, ticketing systems, and data analytics dashboard platforms.
Ability to leverage these tools effectively for sales operations
and analysis. Openness to learning and adapting to new tools and
technologies as needed.
- Highly organized with excellent adaptability to changing
priorities and market dynamics. Demonstrates strong project
management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives
concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with
a keen ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and
articulate compelling value propositions. Strong negotiation skills
to drive successful deal closures and establish mutually beneficial
