A top FQHC in Northern California is looking for a FQHC Compliance Specialist to join their Quality Department. The Compliance Specialist FQHC will be based in San Jose, CA and will be required to visit and travel to multiple clinics throughout the South Bay. The FQHC Compliance Specialist will spearhead the compliance efforts and will lead the Risk Management committee meetings. The Compliance Specialist will also develop policies and procedures that are effective and in compliance with laws and regulations.
The Compliance Specialist FQHC will join a fantastic nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center FQHC organization that provides a variety of healthcare services throughout the Bay Area. This independent organization has a longstanding history in the community and continues to expand and grow with more locations and services.
As Compliance Specialist, you will oversee the TCHC Safety Programs, lead the Safety Committee and Safety Team, oversee New Hire Orientation trainings, and attend workshops. The Compliance Specialist FQHC reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance and will work with a supportive Quality and Compliance Department. The Compliance Specialist FQHC will track compliance across all clinic sites and assist with any license and certification renewals or reporting changes.
The ideal FQHC Compliance Specialist will be an individual with either their Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience, and will have previous Healthcare Compliance experience. If this sounds like you we look forward to receiving your application for this role!
