The Assistant Clinic Operations Manager assists the manager in meeting clinic operations standards. The Assistant Clinic Operations is responsible for the development and implementation or various programs that improve the operations of the clinic. The Assistant Clinic Operations Manager hires and supervises staff and supports their continuing development. This position manages the flow of information to and among all Front Desk staff and managers, as needed.. Essential Functions. The essential functions listed are typical examples of work performed by positions in this job classification. Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Standards of the Hospital(s).. --- Assists with planning of annual operations and capital budget.. --- Develops a training strategy that supports Administration's goal(s). Review the strategy annually and revises as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of the strategy and its related programs.. --- Develops Project Plan that includes major tasks, resources and time lines.. --- Develops useful work improvement plans when appropriate.. --- Implements changes based on data analysis related to productivity, quality control and desired outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of changes based on data analysis.. --- Implements changes based on data analysis related to productivity, quality control and desired outcomes.. --- Manages information utilizing appropriate manual or electronic systems.. --- Monitors the computer environment and business operations to discover changes that impact current and future training.. --- Participates in developing, implementing and achieving short and long-term goals.. --- Participates in the development and implementation of clinic performance improvement initiatives.. Minimum Qualifications. Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.. Education: Associate's Degree in a work-related field/discipline from a accredited college or university. Experience: Three (3) years progressively responsible directly related work experience.. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
