Clinical Nursing Specialist

Stanford Health Care, part of the world-renowned Stanford
University healthcare delivery system, seeks a Clinical Nursing
Specialist (CNS) for its growing team. The incoming Clinical
Nursing Specialist will join a dynamic, growing team in the
in-patient heart failure service and play a pivotal role in
revolutionizing patient care. Together with dedicated team members,
the successful candidate will spearhead evidence-based
interventions to reduce avoidable hospital readmissions and
transform the way seamless transitions of care are provided. What's
more, the CNS will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact
on patients' lives and take the lead in implementing cutting-edge
quality improvement projects. These projects will focus on ensuring
compliance with the latest guidelines from the American Heart
Association (AHA) and The Joint Commission (TJC), as well as other
innovative initiatives within our institution.
