Information $3,229 per week About The Position Shifts: Day shift
Monday through Friday - 0800 to 1630 with rotating weekends.

Must have recent strong acute care hospital Emergency department
discharge planning experience. Also must have ED UR experience as
well. Conducting patient initial assessments Acute Care hospital
experience EPIC EMR documentation experience Active CA RN License
Sub Specialty: MRI Technologist, Care Manager General
