You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department, and as a leader within the organization. Details - Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration - Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution - Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff Salary - Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $167/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $210/hour to $230/hour.
