Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient and family
assessments to identify health needs Develop and implement
individualized, culturally sensitive care plans in partnership with

promote ongoing health beyond hospitalization Advocate for patient

Current RN licensure and nursing education compliant with state
regulations Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing practice with
experience in adult and geriatric care populations Strong clinical
assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to
work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to patient advocacy and health education Knowledge of
infection prevention protocols and safety standards Comfort with
potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and adherence to safety
