Role Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. Maintains accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with various departments. Position Highlights: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Behavioral Health RN 36 hours per week, Night Shift Location: Festus, MO 63028 Our Behavioral Health Services provide a structured and therapeutic environment for individuals facing psychiatric illnesses, behavioral disorders, and substance dependency. Our committed multidisciplinary team fosters a therapeutic program designed to assist those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication management, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements.
