Must-Have: - Epic charting experience preferred - Previous charge
experience - Experience with patient ratios Description: Provides
care based on the age-related needs of pediatric, adolescent,
adult, and geriatric patients. Consideration of development and
psychosocial needs is essential. Ensures environmental safety and
addresses education needs. Adapts communication style to match the
patient's level of understanding. Accesses only the minimum amount
of information necessary to care for the patient. Responsible for
patient assessment and management in the nursery environment.
Administers medications and therapies as per protocols.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary support teams to provide
comprehensive care. Handles special procedures and manages various
neonatal conditions. Engages in discharge teaching and education
for parents. Demonstrates skills in several specialized areas
including care for low birth weight infants and postpartum care.
Ensures adherence to safety precautions and protocols throughout
care delivery. Participates in patient care planning and
implementation. Maintains appropriate patient ratios for safe and
effective care. Provides care for neonates requiring stabilization
and interventions. Manages the flow of patients and their care
under supervision. Facilitates safe transfer of patients when
