Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 1 year of experience required Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Proposed weekly schedule: M-F 8 hour days Caseload: Up to 7 patients per day, 1 patient per hour, 1.5 hours for evaluations Productivity expectations: 87% EMR/Documentation system: NetHealth Location Highlights Larkspur, CA offers a vibrant community with beautiful outdoor spaces and recreational activities.
