more details. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from
ASHA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 1 year of
experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Knowledge of Rehab Optima
(Net Health) is preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled
