Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to
support students in an educational setting. The role focuses on
enhancing students developmental skills through targeted
therapeutic interventions, promoting independence and academic
success. Location: Newark, Delaware Setting: School environment
with travel requirements Key Responsibilities: Assess and create
individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to student needs
Implement therapeutic activities that improve fine motor skills,
sensory processing, and functional abilities Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy
goals within the classroom Monitor student progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary Provide training and support to staff
and families to facilitate carryover of therapy techniques Maintain
accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist
licensure Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques
Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate with multidisciplinary
teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility
to travel regularly within the assigned district or surrounding
