Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to lead our anesthesia team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration of anesthesia in surgeries and other medical procedures, while ensuring adherence to our mission of providing top-tier health services. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our standards of care, updating clinical anesthesia techniques, and managing the anesthesia team. Manage and oversee all CRNAs and anesthesia services. Develop protocols and update practices in anesthesia care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Conduct performance reviews and organize training sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to optimize patient outcomes. Advanced knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
