About the Assignment

• Pay: $80.00 per hour - $84.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts
• Department: Primary Care (Ambulatory)
• Location: Palo Alto, CA
• Duration: 13 weeks initially

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current and active California RN license
• BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum 1-2 year of Registered Nurse experience including ambulatory setting experience

Preferred

• Epic In-Basket experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient multispecialty setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret clinical data accurately
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Safely administer treatments and monitor patients for effectiveness and adverse reactions
• Manage patient communications and follow-ups
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to floating between departments within the building
