Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a renowned leader in
security solutions, is seeking a competent Scheduling Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the
smooth operation of our security services by managing and
coordinating the schedules of our security personnel across various
locations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal staffing levels
to meet client requirements and maintain the highest standards of
security and safety services. Develop and manage comprehensive
scheduling systems to ensure 24/7 coverage at multiple sites.
Coordinate with site managers and supervisors to forecast and plan
for staffing needs, including leave management and shift rotations.
Handle emergency scheduling changes swiftly and efficiently,
ensuring no gaps in security coverage. Maintain clear and accurate
records of employee work schedules, availability, and time-off
requests. Communicate effectively with security personnel regarding
scheduling changes and expectations. Collaborate with HR and
recruitment teams to address staffing shortages and participate in
the recruitment process when needed. Ensure compliance with all
relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding employee
scheduling and rights. Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
scheduling software and database management Ability to handle
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Problem-solving skills
and the ability to deal with complex scheduling scenarios
Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to scheduling
and employment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) or equivalent is
preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications are beneficial.
